When I first dealt with Evolve, I needed help with a toilet repair Mark, and his wife Jeniffer own the company. When his wife contacted him and told him I needed a complete flush kit Mark came out in short period of time He gave me one price and then once he went to the store, it ended up that he had to buy it in separate parts, it was not a complete new kit, but said the parts I needed was there... and he promised me there would be no issues with the combination of parts..... and I had a "1 year" warranty.
