I called on Tuesday to get an appointment booked and was able to have someone out the next day! Diego arrived promptly and was amazing and informative throughout the entire service. He made sure that I had all of the necessary information, shared his professional opinion and advice, and gave me everything I needed to make an informed decision. I had to travel to my dad’s funeral and the air crapped out late the night before. Normally I wouldn’t care but I had pets in the home that wouldn’t withstand the heat. I was preparing for different travel plans that would have impacted my ability to travel.
