Love this place! They helped me recover from a car accident at the beginning of the COVID pandemic. I was recommended to go here by my grandmother and it was a excellent experience every time I came, very friendly people, nice dog that greets you at the door, and they do a great job at listening to you about what areas are hurting. I recommend this place for people needing physical therapy.

We moved to Costa Rica from Portland, Oregon in July 2020. When we arrived to our rental, I spent two hours, emptying boxes and suitcases, hanging up clothes, twisting and turning, bending over and straightening from suitcase to closet. WHAT a mistake! My experience with Carl Baird was excellent and very beneficial. I had severe shoulder pain. It hurt when I moved it and when I didn't move it. It was difficult to find a good position to hold it in. My family doctor sent me to Physical Therapy. But I also heard about Evolve and Carl Baird and started seeing him while still going to PT. I started seeing Dr. Baird after a car accident. He was the third practitioner I went to for it, and I wish I had started at Evolve instead of waiting until the pain in my leg was keeping me awake and uncomfortable for months! We worked not only on fixing the spinal problems causing the nerve pain, but on strengthening the whole region so the pain would not return. It has been two years, and the pain down my leg has not returned! Plus who can resist a health clinic with a dog. Bandit is my second-favorite part of Evolve!
