The staff makes promises to family that they do not fulfill. The "therapy" is unhealthy and unprofessional, promoting victimization. Communication with family is different with every staff person, often incomplete and contradictory. The fact that they only accept private insurance is telling. It's about the money, not recovery. Once they get the money - they care about the health or welfare of the client.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this PHP program. From the facilitators (Kennedy, Joy, Cat, Rose) program (Jake from state farm) and clinical (Madelyn) director to the techs, (Reagen the stallion, Jamie, Ashley, Naomi, & Jamie #2) case managers (Mr. Brady, Kolby) and therapist (Taylor gang, G-reg, Courtney, Stephanie) every person I interacted with genuinely contributed to such a positive and high-quality treatment experience.
