Nightmare with this company. They need to fix their problem with billing systems .this is one of the worst company we ever deal with . After we sold the house ,we called to transfer to new owner and signed all the paper , nothings changed. They still withdraw your money . So many calls, emails but nothing get back . Stay away this company.

Zero stars. Very bad customer service, NO HOT WATER for 3 days : 3 day waiting time for hot water repair, no call back or text as promised by SUPERVISOR Tres, had to call back to get info on service day & time. No more contracts with new builds.

0 stars!!! This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company and their customer service. I have been trying to get our account set up and transferred over from the previous owners for three months, and the process has been nothing but frustrating. It all started at the end of August, just before our closing. When I initially contacted customer service, they assured me the account would be set up but didn’t provide any instructions. ZERO STARS. Poor customer service, absolute worst! No responses to any emails and I have sent many. I called to transfer my account to the new homeowners and was told I would receive an assumption letter emailed to me and still no letter. The new owners called as well and was told they can't without an assumption letter from the previous owner. I called back to ask for the assumption letter and now I'm told it's going to take 3-4 days or who knows when, I'm not sure why it's taking this long, this will be after my closing da... read more
