Garbage company. Forced into extremely unreasonable water heater agreement. The equipment is absolutely garbage, it has broken down 5 times in 10 months. Hot water isn’t a privilege. It’s a right. Section 14 of the agreement says “equipment will work for the term of this agreement” which is false and is a breach of contract.

Water tanker about 3 years old leaked gas as it running leaving me without hot water for weeks and a gas ell that was hard to detect it's source. It is a sleazy business practice with one customer service rep who acts like a bully than a customer service representative.

Unhelpful customer service who provides no information on billing, timeline for a technician to resolve issues. I agree with all the comments from frustrated customers stay far away from this company.

Update 2: we should be getting our system replaced. 3 years...it took 3 years. Update to my review: Things have not improved. Poor communication from the head office. They delegate to technicians who "assess" the problem. Everyone is nice, but not helpful. Our unit needs to be replaced (1.5 months ago), this was recommended by the techs, and no word from head office to schedule a replacement. We have emailed them multiple times. No reply. Gave them a payment method for a one time payment as well as closed my account. The office continued to charge the card after being told the card was not allowed to be on the account. Contacted the office to resolve the issue and they refused. Stay away from a company willing to be Fraudulent and illegally retain card information.
