They tack on a $50/month "protection plan" charge without letting you know after two years. No mail. No phone call. Sleazy business practice.
Be careful when you sign the leasing document with Evolve for the water heater tank, you basically also sign up with a protection plan which would cost another $50 per month. Stay away from Evolve if you can.
This company is a scam, started with 54$ per month and within 3 years they have started charging 70$ per month for hot water rental. Every year they increase 5-6$, much more than other providers. We had no way to negotiate anything as contract came with builder’s home. Stay away from them If possible. I have no problem with water tank but had chance to talk to customer service in past, waste of time.
