If you want to worsen your mental health, this is the clinic for you. It’s the most awful experience I’ve ever had at any place purporting to be a medical establishment. It took a lot of work, a lot of time, a lot of careful scheduling for me to get setup here. I wanted to only go in once a week for Spravato treatment, but they don’t allow that and informed me I had to go in twice a week for treatment or not at all. Really supportive and professional staff. I’ve struggled with treatment resistant depression most of my life and spravato has been a game changer. For me spravato was a slow and gentle process. It did not offer immediate results but what it did was give my mind a break so I could effectively utilize skills I learned in therapy. I have also done intravenous ketamine at evolve which was good as well. I appreciate the private rooms at evolve health and that no one sits with you during the treatments. I have had a problem with depression for most of my adult life and have had many different anti-depressants prescribed? Nothing ever really worked until I started coming to Evolve. This clinic is wonderful. The staff is what's really wonderful. They are kind and caring and make your experience as pleasant as possible. My depression has radically improved since I started getting Spravoto Treatments.
