My hair cut was good, but was seriously disappointed with being casually asked if I would like a drink and then being charged afterwards. There was also an “ ECO-CONSCIOUS” charge which I had no idea was being added on. For the price paid usually these are complimentary or should at least be communicated to the client when offered that this is not included. I feel like this is nickle and diming clients. I had a haircut with Carolyn. I have long hair, and was looking for a trim with layers. She did a wonderful job! She was also efficient and kind. I'll be back!
I wanted to try grey blending as I am South Asian and have dark hair but did not want salt and pepper. Cassia did a wonderful job and gave me even better hair than my expectations. Everyone praises my hair colour wherever I go. I was very nervous before my appointment but staff was very helpful too as they asked me about my day and my feelings towards this new change I was going to try. I highly recommend Sarah; she gave me a beautiful haircut and is also a lovely and very kind person. Above all, she was very patient, as my English isn't very good, and she managed to understand me and try to communicate with me (which was very kind of her)
