I've now had 3 appointments with Suzy--each better than the last. She has fabulous skills and is unfailingly attentive to every detail--and as a bonus, she is also a fabulously outgoing conversationalist. She swears she doesn't (doesn't have to) keep notes, but I can tell you, she remembers EVERYTHING from prior conversations, not only preferences in terms of hairstyling but every detail I ever shared on anything. Hair colour was good but I dont understand why they charge an extra $17 for a salon scale(whatever that is) and an extra $4 just because I'm booked with a "senoir stylist" on top of $190. Total cost just a 1/2 inch root colour touch up before taxes came up to $211 My hair is shoulder length and thin. This is ridiculous!!! Do better!
Mel was an absolute gem of a stylist & a person! I’m super thankful & grateful with the results. Mel answered all my questions & gave informative suggestions during the appointment. She knew exactIy what I was looking for. Thank you & I appreciate you working on my hair, with such keen attentiveness and patience. Beautiful person inside & out. Aside from the hair, she made my experience ten times better by making me feel comfortable, calm and at ease. Positive environment & visit :)
Amazing staff, amazing service, amazing haircut. I'm so picky when it comes to my hairatyle and the way it's cut and styled, Suzy did a wonderful job. I've been getting compliments ever since and I love how the haircut turned out. She really cares and communicates to understand what you want delivers an even better one.
