I decided to try aerial yoga for the first time tonight 🧘♀️ and I ended up loving it and am coming back to try aerial strength tomorrow! Kristan was an excellent instructor and she was really clear in directing us on what to do. She guided us into the moves and yoga poses that we did in the hammock and I left the class feeling relaxed and refreshed. Welcoming new studio in a convenient location. The efficient use of space on the main level allows you to complete your workout with everything you need at arm's reach. Classes are very personalized and each instructor/trainer is able to guide you regarding proper form and technique. Downstairs is a zen, spa-like pristine yoga studio and locker room. Everyone is friendly, respectful and courteous.

Very knowledgeable trainers. Welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff. Cool aerial yoga. Great equipment. And I love the Cryo! Cannot recommend Evolve highly enough.
