I found Evolve through their Hyrox Sim Series, which has been an awesome experience! Nice space, great atmosphere and energy, kind and encouraging people! Definitely recommend checking out if you’re in Philly.
It’s a fresh way of exercising if conventional lifting and cardio are getting stale, but the real reason it’s a 5 star gym is the people. The coaches and members at Evolve have been nothing but friendly, supportive, and welcoming from day 1. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the neighborhood and looking for something new.
