Evolve opened up it's doors to me and made me fall in love with CrossFit. I'll never forget the day I walked into it's doors and I was beyond nervous to try a new workout since I was doing functional training for 5+ years. In my search for a new gym, I discovered Evolve Fitness. Although I have no prior experience with CrossFit, I was immediately welcomed with open arms. After attending only three classes, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of the sport and my own capabilities. I eagerly anticipate the progression of this journey.
Such a great facility. The equipment is well-maintained, and there’s plenty of space to work out without feeling crowded. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to offer tips or assistance. Thank you guys for everything you do!
Hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to. I joined on a whim not thinking I was joining a family. It’s an extremely welcoming environment for newcomers and experienced cross fitters. I honestly couldn’t recommend this gym enough.
