The staff at this gym will help you find success in your fitness goals! Always encouraging you Members are also very friendly and nice. This is the first gym I’ve been to where I don’t feel like an outsider. It’s very clean. Plenty of equipment, nice locker room, tanning bed, and classes for members! Highly recommend!!

I have never felt more comfortable and safe in a gym than I do at Evolve! The staff and other members are always so nice and helpful. My trainer Jenna keeps me motivated to continue pushing myself. Evolve is in a nice part of town and I really enjoy that it is a 24 hour gym, that way you can always have a place to go and something to do. They have a pin- entry system to get in, which also makes me feel safe. I have been training with Sam since November and I couldn’t be more pleased! Evolve fitness is not just a gym facility to me, but a place to escape and feel comfortable in my own body no matter what stage of life I’m in. 2nd most favorite place to be... just 1 under from my bed😆. But honestly, I have been a member in a number of gyms and Evolve has been my home. It is clean, friendly, inviting, and I feel I can confide in the members and staff. We are all in there to get healthy. We focus on our goal and we help others achieve their's.

Love this gym! The environment is so clean and inviting. Everyone is very friendly, welcoming and supportive and they really go out of their way to build individual relationships with people and really get to know them. You definitely don’t feel like just another number but there also aren’t those cliches that you sometimes have with other gyms. The free classes they offer are also a huge plus! The gym is always squeaky clean and neat with weights always returned to racks by members when finished! I always brag about this place! Before joining Evolve in September, I was insecure, scared, and terrified of the actual possibility of making progress in my fitness (or lack of) journey. When signing on to train with Sam, I have no idea what to expect. Now, when I look back, I would never change my decision to join!! I have watched the transition of the new Evolve Fitness for Women, and so impressed! The facility looks amazing! Clean, great equipment, amazing instructors for classes, knowledgeable trainers, awesome Yoga instructor...come check it out for yourself! ��
