I currently live next-door to an Evolve new-build in process. I was quite concerned about having a construction site within feet of my home. However, the crews have been nothing but professional! They put up a temporary barrier to keep debris from coming onto my property. They work during normal hours (no extreme early or late that wakes us). They do a great job picking up after themselves - unlike other crews that leave trash behind. I am quite relieved to have such a great crew building the new home in our neighborhood!

Their project manager explained every step clearly, handled insurance paperwork, and their crew finished in just a few days. With kids playing outside every day, I was nervous about nails in the yard. Evolve Construction swept with magnets multiple times and even double-checked the sandbox. Their manager, Chris, kept us updated while the crew worked quickly and neatly. The new roof was done in three days, and the backyard looked untouched. Safety and professionalism like that are rare.
