The title clerk Gena found me a great car! They are very knowledgeable and easy to work with . They really know their job and like what they do. The whole team is just wonderful helpful and very understandable.
I recently witnessed a truly exceptional act of kindness involving a stranded Tesla with zero charge. A gentleman by the name of Dylan Heifner, who works for Evolve Auto, happened to be in the same area and spent several hours of his own time helping the people who had been stranded all day. He patiently educated the drivers (who were unfamiliar with the vehicle), walked them through charging, and stayed until the issue was fully resolved so they could get to their hotel safely. Would love to put a good review but I have had nothing but excuses and issues from this dealership. Long story short they refuse to fix things with the cars if they don't have to, they want you to do it when you take it to tesla. Tesla makes you do a comprehensive health check among other things. In the contract we both signed it states they will cover the cost that was incurred. It has been almost 6 months of being lied to by sales, by finance and whoever else.
