Awesome building with decor and services that are a must have for any student! The building is very safe, a block from the police station and across the street from campus. The staff are the best and they make Evolve a home instead of just a building. They're super fun and the people love the work they do. If you follow them on social media you can see when they're ordering dinner, throwing parties or giving away prizes! Defiantly my first recommendation for city and rural students!
I moved here as soon as it opened and that was the best decision EVER!!! I've loved every aspect of living here, especially living in the Penthouse (5th floor). My apartment is very nice and I have the best view of Carbondale. One thing that I have appreciated the most about living here is how AWESOME the staff is. They are always extremely helpful, super fun, and always puts the residents first. Definitely come live here if you want to LOVE coming home :)
I been living here for a year now. Evolve is definitely the best off campus apartments in the whole town. Near to campus, always cleaned common areas, luxury room facilities, helpful and well trained staff and equipped gym are just some of the many advantages of living here.
:) Evolve! My experience here has been ABOVE and BEYOND anything I could have ever imagined moving to Carbondale. This place is CLEAN, SECURE, CONVENIENT, and FUN! The staff is A1 and I have already renewed my lease for another year! I am so happy to live here and I plan to stay!
