It really is sad when you call and get a cold hearted soul on the other end of the phone. When you’re in pain and need assistance, you don’t need the extra stress. I am sorry your job sucks but how about have some empathy for the people who need you to help them figure out why they are having issues getting any calls back from the telephone numbers you gave them to call. Nasty attitudes need to check out at the entrance door. We the customers and patience don’t need it.

Ridiculous what they want you to go through before going to specialist. Can't wait for my husband to change to a real insurance plan for his company !
