Dr. Scotto is an angel. I knew it the second I saw him the first time. It was when my son had a mental break for the first time during his sophomore year in college after his first experience with marijuana. Thank God I was referred to Dr. Scotto. My team of Dr Scotto and Dr Mungai have helped me more in the past six months, than over 15 years of therapy with more conventional therapists.
