Dr. Travis is amazing but sadly his receptionist is not. The receptionist JB is the sole reason why I will not go back to this office. When I started treatment I made it clear exactly when I wanted my weekly appointments and that I would need receipts after every visit but every time I went I had to continuously remind him that I needed a receipt from my last visits.
