best place All I can say about this salon is... wow! I'm new to the area and was looking for a new salon and spa, a co-worker had recommended Evolution. Typically I get very nervous going to new places for my hair due to quite a few bad experiences. I booked an appointment with Lacee Tuttle for my hair and then saw Titi for my nails.
