I started coming here two months ago with severe inflammation on my left shoulder and arm. I've had this problem for the last three years off and on, and never got full relief. My left shoulder literally felt 10 pounds heavier! I went to a Chiropracter as well as received acupuncture first. They helped but the problem kept coming back. Katherine is very knowledgeable about body mechanics as well as being articulate in communicating to me the exact form needed for my exercises. She’s helped me a lot with managing back pain.
