This is my fourth time in 12 years for the need of physical therapy and I would not consider any other than Evolution PT. They have been exceptional on each required period and never more so than the attention I’m currently receiving from therapist Priya, for whom I’m very grateful.
My father had a good experience with his physical therapist, however, the office uses an extremely predatory practice of hiding undiscussed fees that are indefinitely recurring. They did this to my elderly father which is completely illegal and wrong. No practice, especially a medical one, should be doing this.
AVOID THIS BUSINESS! While the therapists are good, the corporate management is terrible. Shady! They charge you a weekly fee that is separate from your patient fee, even if you are no longer a patient! They charged me for months after I stopped going there and would not refund me. I asked to speak to a manager and did not even receive a call back after I left a message for that person. You, as a patient, appear to not matter to their management. Ryeka is the best. I started working with her right after a knee surgery, just hoping to get strong enough to kitesurf again. She totally got it, built a plan that made sense, pushed me when I needed it, and genuinely cared the whole way through. Now I’m in Dakhla, kitesurfing every day (finally!) and my knee is holding up great. Honestly wouldn’t be here without her help. If you’re looking for someone who actually listens, knows their stuff, and makes PT feel less like a chore, Ryeka’s the one.
