Jeff fixed my groin right away after I had pulled it and also helped with my shoulder after I had separated it. Thank you!!
Jeff has helped me get back to Crossfit after several months off due to a back injury. He helps relieve & prevent pain. Most importantly he is supportive in helping me meet my goals. Being pain free is great, but it means nothing if I'm not able to do the things I want to do with my fitness. Jeff & Kelly are amazing & I feel lucky to have found them.
The work that Jeff does is simply one of a kind. Having been through 4 knee surgeries and not having any success with rehab I heard about Jeff and thought that a change would be good. After meeting with him I dedicated a solid month to his intensive program and the ARP machine and the progress was amazing. I had been having trouble with moving my shoulder and had visited other physical therapists, without great success. I am beyond happy with the help I've received from Jeff Berran; I would highly recommend him. Also, Kelie in the front, is the most kind and patient person I've ever met!
This is by far the best physical therapy office in the Scottsdale Area. I was a client of Dr. Jeff Beran's when I tore my elbow during a CrossFit competition. I was told that I might have to have surgery and Dr. Beran fixed my elbow in four sessions with no surgery! Jeff is the most knowledgeable people that I have seen regarding a sacrum/tailbone injury that is almost a year old. After months of pain management and little to no progress, Jeff had me taking my first unassisted steps...and I've only been seeing him for about a month!! FINALLY-SOME ANSWERS!! Seeing Jeff was most definitely the right decision!! I think ill even be buying NEW SHOES SOON!!!
