RecommendedI would recommend Jeff Beran at Evolution Physical Therapy and Sports Performance!!! Jeff has helped with my knee and back pain. I am feeling so much better. The pain is at a Minimum. I drive close to 25 miles one way to see him. I give Jeff 5 stars. And Kellie is great too!!!
My husband has dealt with chronic pain from shoulder injuries, which resulted in multiple surgeries. He has gone to many different physical therapy clinics and found himself stuck in a rut. Jeff has helped me with chronic back pain I've had for almost 20 years - no one prior to him has been able to unlock the secret of re-educating my body in a way that can provide sustainable help for my chronic pain. And he also worked magic on a sprained ankle I had, too! Highly recommend him for both injuries and chronic pain. Definitely look into therapy before jumping into surgery!
Jeff has helped me with back and joint pain. He brings a pragmatic approach to finding and treating pain that I haven't been able to find anywhere else. He is my first call when I have a sports injury. I highly recommend him.
Jeff saved me from Tarsel Tunnel Surgery in my feet. My plantar faciitis was just a nerve problem. My podiatrist did not figure that out for 6 years of visits and surgery was my only recommended course of action when I left there 10 month ago. I am glad I did not take that recommendation. Jeff has unique and smart ways fo figuring out where the pain is coming from... I have benefited from laser treatment, dry needling, ARP wave exercise and cupping. I would do it over again in a heartbeat!
