I want to bring attention to an ongoing issue that has become increasingly frustrating for those of us who consistently use the gym during the overnight and early morning hours, particularly between 2:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. Many members intentionally choose these hours because we have demanding schedules and rely on this time for a quiet, focused workout before starting long workdays. This is a magnificent gym (something a bodybuilding aficionado adores) it feels like home. Which is refreshing considering each gym (mass produced like a lot of gym chains) increasingly feels like it only needs to provide the bare minimum equipment and customer service to their customers. So cities are flooded with "gyms" but not places you want to workout in. Great gym array and delicious protein smoothies! Also the front desk people and the nice lady in the corner are so friendly and helpful. I truly feel safe at this gym

Love this place took a break do to money problems for about 3 years but came back definitely alot more foot traffic then before
