This is a great environment to make yourself better. All of the members want you to succeed and support you every step of the way. The owner Jon and Coaches Heather and Margaret lead by example and will make you feel like you been a member for years. As a bonus, you’ll make great friends here.
I’m more than happy with the quality of the gym. The training is expert level and the classes have strengthened me and increased my endurance.
Great gym! Jon provides great knowledge and leadership in classes. Members are encouraging and friendly as well
