I've had the opportunity to work with the team at Evolution Dental, and it's been a pleasure getting to know their office. Molly and the entire team are incredibly welcoming. You can tell they care deeply about their patients, support one another, and strive for excellence in everything they do. This entire team is truly exceptional! From the moment you walk through the door, you can feel the level of care, professionalism, and genuine passion they have for their patients. The results they create are amazing, but what really stands out is their focus on health, breathing, and airway — not just the cosmetic side of orthodontics. I had a consultation here for TMJ issues and wanted to share my experience for others who may be navigating something similar. The office was professional, and the team was kind and communicative. Molly was very helpful and accommodating when I had to reschedule and cancel appointments. However, the approach to TMJ care here seems to be very focused on bite alignment as the primary driver of symptoms. The owners of this building have no compassion for anyone. This place has been suspicious for the last 20 years. Rarely does business but they have huge amounts of money coming in for numerous things. On weekends they won't even let anyone park to watch a soccer game or whatever. It's empty on weekends and other random days. Why not be a solid Oregonian and do something nice because you can. Dr. Teasdale is the best dentist I've ever met, and it's not even close. A few years ago he fixed a bite alignment issue that had been causing me pain for a long time. He's also just a great guy, always friendly, and you can tell he's passionate about his work (which has also led to his deep expertise in TMJ/etc.). Ou is great too -- you can tell she really cares about her patients.
