The full of mess they had us Drive 3 hours after the initial test drive visit and stated everything would be handled and ready to go this visit for the monthly and down payment and that repairs would be done that we pointed out on the initial visit. Once we arrive the repairs had not been done and financing was not even initiated as they say would be done the previous week. We sent check stubs, DRiver License, SSN Card and W-2 prior as requested not once BUT TWICE and when we arrived they requested all the same again. They a... read more
