Two weeks still no answer. Sadly I live in Columbia SC and at this point I will just get my lawyer involved. Putting a rubber hose on a high pressure A/C line. About a year ago, Evolution Cars sold an Audi A3 to a blue collar man from metro Atlanta. The Audi turned out to be stolen prior to the dealership having taken possession of the car. Although the dealership was not made aware by the DMV or equivalent agencies, they refused to even discuss the matter with the customer, and even made a statement that sounded more like a deflection of fault than an admission of wrongdoing. Horrible experience came in to purchase a new car, I did the paperwork and paid my down payment only for the bank not to approve the car loan because the car had a twisted frame which was not mentioned when were doing the paperwork in the office I returned the car and asked for my refund which they are now denying me, this company is trash and so are their employees please save your money and a headache and please do not come here awful dealership!!
Horrible customer service & management! You'll likely get ripped off if you deal with this company. Stay away!
