The starting price for a Base color with partial highlights, which is the service you have always received is now starting at $125.00. The $15.00 difference in what you would be paying clearly does not add up to $200.00 like you stated. It's long but if considering this salon, it's worth the read. I recently moved to Clarksville and wanted to find a salon close to where I live, so a friend recommended I try Evoke. I aways get nervous when trying some place new and am getting married two weeks from today (which is why I was a little extra concerned).
