The food was very good and the service was excellent.
Great restaurant!! I am extremely pleased by the knowledgeable bartenders who were able to surprise me when I asked for a drink off the menu. The cherry on top was the surprise entree from chef.. ( which was completely free and artistic). I will be back !😃
The service was great, however, the food was not up to par, poorly executed flavor profiles, over salted octopus, we had to send back twice, and the chef was not in house. Great ambiance, but the kitchen needs greater structure and preparation to come together.

This restaurant was amazing a must for locals or visitors to charlotte. The cocktail selections were exceptional and each one we tried was so unique and tasted phenomenal ! The food selection was also superb with such a variety of items to choose from. The best part was the portion sizes were perfect not like most upper end restaurants where you eat and then have to go to a drive thru somewhere to fulfill your appetite. Again this is a must try!!!
We had a Wake Forest MBA event at Evoke last night. The food was incredible and the service was outstanding. My favorite dishes was the fluke and cornbread.
I just went for Restaurant Week and the food was outstanding!! I had the pork crackling, honey cornbread, ribs, and my favorite Fluke. I'm definitely going back soon!!

Attempted to go here for New Years. The restaurant was only 30% full. It was beyond frigid. Most women were eating with coats on. The food was served lukewarm and was cold within a few minutes. They attempted wine pairings with the meals, but they never served a full glass, only a tasting, and the timing was so far off that you were done with the wine before the meal was served. The dessert (supposedly a chocolate sponge cake) wasn’t edible. They paired it with a port? Major disappointment.
