In 2011, I had a class 3 concussion related to a cycling injury - and lost some of my muscle coordination as well as serious concussion symptoms. Alexandra and Tyler helped me discover EVO/POV training and I was back racing and made it to the podium in 6 weeks- they also taught me a lot about compensation patterns and speed training with the use of their POV System. I highly recommend it- to my athletes as an endurance athlete and coach!
