Evo is so great. Got a great set of skis I am very happy with and had a warranty issue. Paul the manager took great care of me and replaced my skis under warranty. Couldn't be happier with the service. Guys in the service department are awesome as well. Very responsive and kept me up to date so I could get my skis back in time for big weekend trip. Thanks guys!
EVO you are amazing. My daughter is skiing with Special Olympics. You helped us over and over again. You knew from the get go that her skis were coming from elsewhere but that did not stop your amazing staff from going above and beyond to help us understand gear and answer all our questions. I came in hoping to find some hardware for my snowboard bindings. After twenty minutes of wandering, and being turned away at the front counter because they claimed to not know where anything way was in the store, I tried to find someone to help me. I found a lost hipster who appeared to work there. I tried asking my question about hardware and mid sentence the salesperson cuts me off and says I need to sign in... Yes there were people buying $1000 worth of brand new set ups in front of me but they lost a customer for life..... read more
