Leech was forcing people to pay rent despite the fact that THERE IS A LITERAL PANDEMIC HAPPENING.
Rats, spiders, asbestos, screaming neighbors, HEARTLESS LANDLORD, gun violence, potholes large enough to destroy your car, robberies and the units all smell awful. The person who runs these properties will allow you to be homeless at the slightest inconvenience to them.
