I called EVN on New Years Eve to have estate documents witnessed and notarized. Even though they did not prepare the documents, they were able to get me in immediately, and I was able to finalize my documents the same day I called them. They were so friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to make copies for me. All of this was done without charge. Based on my experience, I would reach out to them again if I needed additional legal help. Thank you EVN!
We have been married 49 years and finally have a Trust, Will, Power of Attorney, and all the other documents we need to ensure a safe and quick transfer of funds to our children when we die. We also have a Living Will. Nathan Simmons and Valorie Hoskins at the EVN Law Firm were very professional and easy to work with in getting these documents in order. Their price was fair. We strongly recommend them to anyone needing estate planning services.
