I hate this place. Everytime I have a scheduled appointment I never get seen until an HOUR after said appointment. I am High risk and have been referred to this practice but clearly I am not a concern to these doctors. My daughter has a hole in her heart and I can't even be seen for a normal check up. I do not recommend coming here and if I could go anywhere else I would.
This is my fifth baby, fifth pregnancy. Ive never felt this unsafe or at-risk at a high- risk clinic. I'm perscribed medication that's an anti-epileptic for anxiety for maybe over 15 years. My doctor who I trusted made sure in the beginning I felt secure with the care and I would have my medication. Fast forward, I wish I never left my psychiatrist, the reason I left is because they are not specialized in maternal fetal medicine and dropped me my last pregnancy. Referred here by my fertility specialist and I'm appalled by the experiences I've heard from other patients. I hope they're reported to the state licensure board. I will NOT be trusting them with my care. I am really upset that there only seem to be 2 high risk clinics in the area and I already had bad experiences with the other.
Appt 1pm. I provided a urine sample upon arrival. I let the front desk know that the window for the cups was full and there were no alcohol wipes. 2pm I'm still waiting so I ask about my appt at the front desk. She said someone called out but that I was next. I went to the bathroom again and the window was still full of cups and still no wipes. It's 225pm, at least 4 patients have been called back since I was supposedly next. I'm still waiting.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Wait times are ridiculous. You get here and you won't be seen for an hour past your scheduled time, if you're lucky.
