The wait is a little long. But unfortunately I don’t believe this is the staffs fault. Coming from Hampton, driving into the tunnel can sometimes make you get stuck in traffic. And honestly, I never felt rushed in any of my appointments. This to me is so important, because you want your provider to give you the time you need to express your concerns and worries, and to listen and to give you the best care. I don't know if communication between employees needs to be worked on here or if you guys are just that disorganized. There's been two instances I've had to call in to schedule my appointments myself after I was told someone would reach out to me to schedule my appointments both times. I'm high risk so you'd think it would be top priority.... Guess not.
The nurse and PA physician were nice but the quality of service was really bad. They didn’t even collect urine for routine UTI test in my third trimester because according to them my blood pressure and everything else was fine. They didn’t even measure my stomach until I told them how uncomfortable their care makes me. I transferred to them because they were 3 mins from my home and considering they claim to be high risk specialists, the care seemed subpar to what I was getting where I was coming from and when I left. I hate this place. Everytime I have a scheduled appointment I never get seen until an HOUR after said appointment. I am High risk and have been referred to this practice but clearly I am not a concern to these doctors. My daughter has a hole in her heart and I can't even be seen for a normal check up. I do not recommend coming here and if I could go anywhere else I would.
