The nurses are a bunch of dumd butts, i have never seen such a stupid group of people in one office. Money hungry doctors that dont care either. Save yourself the time, tears and money and go somewhere else!
overall, not pleased with the Jones institute to date. However, I had the worst experience with the scheduling coordinator for medical procedures - Michelle is her name. Exceptionally rude, short, irritated at ANY questions I had about the procedure. I needed to ask specific questions to see if I could make the procedure dates and she just couldn't be bothered to answer me, as though I was an inconvenience for her. They are quick to take your money. But when it comes to actually treating you with dignity, that’s the last thing on their mind. Don’t get your labs done here. They charge double if not triple or more. Just go to labcorp. A very insensitive bunch.
Came in today for my first HSG test and let me tell you these ladies are incredible. So caring and thoughtful. I truly felt like a friend not a patient. They answered every single question I had and they showed me a video of my cervix and Fallopian tubes when the procedure was over. Robin and the other nurse held my hand and comforted me during the less than min of semi intense pain. But they got me through it as a team.
