Drs Whitlock, Ramos, and Smith were kind and answered all my questions/concerns
Great initial visit but absolute horror getting a follow up....even after the Dr. assured me that her team would be in contact with that follow up instructions. After 90 days stillno action. Multiple inquiries to her team has yet to provide any instruction on the follow up she spoke of. This must truly be a training ground with little focus on seeing their initial diagnosis to fruition. Would not recommend EVMS Dermotogy if you need satisfaction. I will bet 3 to 1 this will not be posted on their message board,it's their "mo... read more
Maura G Simokaitis 5/5 stars!!! The sweetest person and greatest dermatologist I’ve ever had. She eased my concerns with her friendly tone, felt like I was speaking to a friend. All the parts of seeing the dermatologist that would have you anxious, she heals straight away. If I had the choice she would be my dermatologist for life ❤️ Highly recommend!!! She alone keeps me coming back to this location 😁
If I could put no stars I would. Terrible patient/doctor connection. Forget trying to call this place because they will not pick up. Left 5+ voicemails in regards to getting my medication approved by insurance and it getting denied twice. Denied because this office never sent my medical records to my insurance regarding said medicine. Terrible service. My daughter has been suffering with a condition. We tried to get her refill from pharmacy. Told no refills. The Dr is no longer with EVMS. EVMS never told us this. Tried for almost two weeks to get the prescription. The office manager is rude and said we would have to come in to see a different provider. I said no we will go somewhere else.
