My kids and I have been going here for years. I am currently here with my daughter. It is 4:30 and the doctor still has not seen us. We waited in the waiting room for over 30 minutes and have been waiting in the doctor’s office for 25 minutes and counting. My last appointment I had a long wait too. They used to be fast. I already have an appointment for my son here in a couple weeks. If it is like this a third time we will be finding a new provider.
I had a great experience. It’s always busy at the front desk, phone ringing none stop. The lady at front desk is always doing her best to accommodate everyone and even with a heavy load she was always polite. The doctor and medical staff were and always have been great! I think if you’re kind and patient with people, you will have a great experience! I will always choose EVMS
I have been late 3 times in a row taking my biologic medication because they will not send the refill in a timely manner. It takes multiple MyChart messages and calls to get anything done. Horrible follow through and horrible communication.
