If I could put no stars I would. Terrible patient/doctor connection. Forget trying to call this place because they will not pick up. Left 5+ voicemails in regards to getting my medication approved by insurance and it getting denied twice. Denied because this office never sent my medical records to my insurance regarding said medicine. Terrible service. My daughter has been suffering with a condition. We tried to get her refill from pharmacy. Told no refills. The Dr is no longer with EVMS. EVMS never told us this. Tried for almost two weeks to get the prescription. The office manager is rude and said we would have to come in to see a different provider. I said no we will go somewhere else. After nearly two years of misdiagnoses from multiple practices, she identified the problem with just one look. Her expertise and professionalism are truly remarkable. Went to PA evms for consultation but was told i would have to go to norfolk for surgery was told at norfolk evms this is a consultation and that i would be referred i told them I'm done not never going back wasted 3 hrs for nothing
