I love this place to get checkup
Love my PCP here. Renovations done recently to the lobby also made it look cleaner and more spacious. Staff seems busy and overwhelmed, but they are helpful.
I recently got a new Primary Care Physian here and have seen Dr. Layne, Dr. Ali, and Dr. Grant. I am impressed with all of them with the amount of time spent listening to my issues and thorough diagnostics. They even were prompt with follow-up phone calls to discuss issues and to make sure I have a good understanding on how to care for and treat my issues. Thank you!
This clinic does not deserve one star. Absolute worst health care I received to this date. I changed two PCPs within this clinic and realized the problem wasn't the doctors who I am sure try their best to work within a broken EVMS system. I experienced so many mistakes from referrals not being sent to referrals sent to who knows where, medication submitted to insurance under wrong dosage, which then prevented me from taking the medication at the correct dosage (after I received warnings from the prescriber the meds have to b... read more
