You deserve better care. Staff is not welcoming. Parking is horrible. Not kid friendly
They are not caring or helpful.... you can't get anyone on the phone... it bad
Customer service is terrible, doctors don't care, would not go back. I established primary care here and went in for a routine pap smear where I was delivered with abnormal results. I never got a call from my doctor, only got a message in mychart explaining that due to the abnormal results I would need to schedule an extra procedure called a colposcopy. Terrible phone service. They don't answer phones. Have to go in to make appt.
Been on the phone for over an hour and no one has picked up the phone yet need to make a urgent appointment for my child
