Absolutely horrible. I asked what would be the cost to use my insurance vs self pay. Allison (Billing) told me I'd take at the most 2 weeks to find out. I scheduled my next session for 18 days later. Upon arrival, none of my questions were answered. I lost my appointment that day. Spoke to Raply who in a very stern tone told me they don't accept my insurance. where do I start? I have been trying to get them to write a prior authorization to my insurance company to fulfill a medication. I’m on. It’s been weeks. They haven’t even started it. It was left on.x According to the front desk person. When I asked who’s fault for this prior authorization not being filled, insurance company says doctors office and harris teeter pharmacy says it’s the doctors office. As a very first time patient, everything went so smoothly and you can tell they want to help and will. It really puts my mind at ease where as most Drs I've been to are not thorough. Great job!
