I've had three different visits here that have gone horribly wrong and I won't be back. First off I had a physical where they kept me in the waiting room for almost an hour after my appointment was scheduled before they finally saw me. But that's not the worst of that visit... After being seen by the doc, a nurse came in to test me, and then said the doc would be back soon. The doctors are excellent and seem to really care.
Was talking to front desk lady and she had an attitude and hung up on me.
Absolutely horrible. I asked what would be the cost to use my insurance vs self pay. Allison (Billing) told me I'd take at the most 2 weeks to find out. I scheduled my next session for 18 days later. Upon arrival, none of my questions were answered. I lost my appointment that day. Spoke to Raply who in a very stern tone told me they don't accept my insurance.
