Do not go here. I made an appt to see an ear doctor for ringing of ear. They instead set me up with a nasal doctor. Upon arrival I waited close to an hour past my appt before I was seen. Found out he was a nasal doctor. He set me up with an audiologist even after I told him I just had audiology a year ago. Why didn't he just reccomend me to an ear specialist? More money. Please train your staff to be better and clearer when communicating.
Multiple appointments booked months out in advance, then they call to cancel - repeatedly. Then the cycle restarts. Don't seem to care. They should be defunded if they get any Va. state subsidy.
I had a great first experience with EVMS. All of the ladies I saw today were super nice and helpful. My ultrasound tech Nichole was so nice! My doctor Miss Byron was so sweet & helpful with all questions. As well as the nurse I saw before her & the tech that took my blood was so great and knew exactly how to make me feel better (I hate getting blood taken) They are awesome! Nothing bad to say
Part 2: I have called and called about getting authorization for some medicine that Dr Liam have prescribed for me. I visited the office on 26Mar and its 18Apr and nothing has happened. I talked to a Dr Liam staff member and she said that she sent it over(that's a lie). I called the pharmacy and they said they're still waiting in the authorization from the Dr office.
