Buyers agent very shady in mis-representing offer. Over bid to take listing off market and worked with a very well-know poor appraiser to try and low-ball after appraisal came in under. A long-play move becoming now-common tactic to try and win in this seller's market. Beware of accepting offers that this agency represents or working with them. Funny thing: after sale was cancelled and new buyers/offer came in, house appraised at listed price. Dishonest!
