I wasn't checked in right away, they took another person before me, which then caused me to wait. I had a 3:00 appointment, in which I got at least 3-4 text messages saying 3:00, I got an email that said 3:00 and a phone confirmation that said 3:00; and when I got there I was told my appointment was at 3:30. So for this they got the 3 stars, I am a prompt person so this aggravated me. The staff I did dealt with was very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. What great customer service. The doctor found rosacea (which i used to have as a kid) . he did the procedure and pressed the glands and I couldn't believe what came out of my eyes. I will say, for a few days, my eyes were sensitive but felt a ton better the difference was incredible Brianna fit me with new glasses. She instinctively knew what I needed based on face shape. This place is the best! Friendly, excellent service! I have one pair of glasses that are 4 years old and they have no issue fixing them for free every time I stop in. Awesome experience buying new glasses too!

I gave it 3*. This past visit was just OK. My step daughter told me that she asked questions and they were not answered but in fact all she got was the run around. Overall for this visit 3*. Now for the front 5* best customer service around. Keep up good work, will be returning.
