By people in billing know there job. I keep on being billed when my insurance is suppose to be billed for it. They are only billing Medicare. I also have medicaid which picks up what is left over. This happen last year and was paid in January when went for visit. This is so aggravating to me going threw this again. I won't be coming back. Today was a crazy visit. I had my three kids all in for an appt. with Dr. Grimm. He was super patient and explained to me and issues he may have seen and answered all my questions. Also I really, really wish I could remember the man today who helped assist with my kids glasses. He had to deal with each one of those little devils but this man was super friendly, kind, and funny. Make sure employees know what’s possible in regards to frames. I literally had to argue to the one helping me to look into a different color options than what was on display.

Fast and friendly service. Was in and out in no time
This was my fist visit and the front staff greeted me with a friendly smile. They were very prompt in taking me in on my schedule time. The tech that started the exam explained what she was going to do and and why she stated what the next person was going to be doing the actual testing and after her the physician would then come and go over every thing to be sure I understood everything They took a long time going over everything.
