Chris did an amazing job at getting my tenant evicted for not paying rent. The tenant showed up to court and tried to fight it with bogus claims and Chris handled the situation and the judge sided with us. I thought I would have a nightmare on my hands for a long time but Chris did a great job in getting it handled quickly and getting this dead beat tenant off of my property. Thank you Chris!
