Terrible experience! Do NOT use this company. I paid them to file my writ and they completely forgot to do it. Their mistake cost me more money and wasted my time. The owner is rude, unprofessional, and refuses to take responsibility. They pay people $9 an hour to handle important files — and it shows. Be very careful! Do you notice the recent influx of international reviews. This company has paid for reviews. The facts remain the same! Piss poor communication. Just do a google search and you'll see other websites with more reviews.
They never respond to phone messages and email only in their portal. They have cost me a month of no rent collected. Terrible communication. Half the time there is nobody to answer their phones. No urgency on their part.
