Be very careful! Do you notice the recent influx of international reviews. This company has paid for reviews. The facts remain the same! Piss poor communication. Just do a google search and you'll see other websites with more reviews.
They never respond to phone messages and email only in their portal. They have cost me a month of no rent collected. Terrible communication. Half the time there is nobody to answer their phones. No urgency on their part.
