From 175 KW to only 86 KW only no other car next to me EVgo fix this, I have Hummer EV pickup truck and I do get 175KW AT OTHER LOCATIONS and yes I did Battery Conditioning , no parking fee Evgo entrance first parking spot s right side.
Broken chargers, and doesn't charge very fast. System rebooted in the middle of trying to start after it didn't have a good connection. Update 6/9/26 Nothing changed. Still slow. Still broken chargers. Cables are too short. If you're going to post a reply about how you care, include the service date you have scheduled to fix it.
Charger always down and when they work don't let you get a full charge
If I could give a zero!!!! Only two of the six chargers working but you won’t know it until you plug in. It shows it’s good but it’s not. Today… Ajax and the handicap stall was working.
Fist we went to another nearby location. None of the 4 worked. Then they asked us to come to this location. Only two slow ones out of 6 worked. They keep pumping out EV cars without having the proper infrastructure. Wasted two hours of our times today. Customer service couldn’t do anything for us either.
