These EVgo chargers are consistently down more than they’re up. It seems like every time I come here, the entire station (all 4 chargers) are under maintenance. For one of the closest stations near the airport, this is unacceptable. The downtime creates huge wait times for drivers who rely on these chargers to work efficiently. To make matters worse, the next closest EVgo location has also had two chargers down (one entire machine) for weeks, leaving only two available chargers within nearly a 20-mile radius. Easy to find, worked first try. Good chargers, hella simple to use. Download EVGO app and set up Autocharge+ so that you can just plug your car in and walk away, no need to deal with credit/debit cards or anything. Also, the EVGO app tells you which charging stations are available, which are busy, and which ones are offline. I really get disappointed when I see a place with low reviews simply because people never checked the EVGO app to see if these chargers were available, came here exactly once while these chargers were of... read more
