Odd layout, there are technically 6 chargers but realistically only 4 can charge at once. One was out of order. People were waiting to charge, one guy drove off frustrated. Plug and charge not available.
A miserable experience. A) i was charged $55 three times. B) 5 min into my session, a 2nd car plugged into the pedestal and both cars stopped charging. C) phone person understood but was unable to explain or help. D) charge card reading device has its own set of separate instructions in 1/8" leds 3' of the ground. Why is this still so experimental? Why doesn't it work first time every time?
Can't see the screen. Screen or cover damaged, vandalized or poor quality plastic and sun damage.
First time using EVgo for me and it was really easy. I just tapped my cc and started charging. All 4 stalls were working (me & 3 other cars) It’s also convenient being right next to Trader Joe’s, shops and restaurants.
Multiple chargers are working. I'm on the super fast at over 100 KW
