We were able to charge our vehicle without any major hassle. We previously installed the app and had an active payment method in the account. So, the process was easier. We had to select the correct charger and correct plug type and initiate charging process. There wasn't any delay. One of the chargers didn't show up on the app. So we had to move to another charger. But after starting the charging session, the other charger came up on the app. This is a 50 KW charger.
One bank of 2 chargers (4 ports total) is completely dead. The other bank of chargers worked successfully on CHAdeMO. Use the EVOLV EV CHARGING app because you can't see the on-screen menus and the QR codes don't work.
Machines completely dead as of 6/3/25. QR code goes to a bad website. This is for the chargers on the north side of the Holiday inn parking lot
