At first I was very happy with the installation and service. It was fast and friendly and a fair price. I had some issues after installation and wasn’t able to reach Brad so I had to fix them on my own.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They just placed a fraudulent charge on my credit card and I am taking action nWhen I called to discuss it, a Richard Graham, who claimed to be a manager, sighed loudly and hung up on me. When I called back and asked him not to hang up, he refused to refund my card. I am not the owner of the unit. Two years ago I made a few payments to help my sister. Excellent company to work with! Definitely recommend. Brad and his team are very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. We met with several companies before selecting. They were great at keeping us informed throughout the process and always take your call. Great product and we haven't had any issues.
Called them yesterday and were here first thing this morning. They were very nice and professional. We had been calling other companies but they all were making appointments after 2 weeks. I am glad we got in touch with Everything Solar. They went up on the roof and changed a leaky valve in the matter of minutes. Thanks guys!!
