Terrible customer service friend of mine had problems and they did nothing to satisfy his needs. Armando is very good at arguing that it's not there problem
Wow! I received a call back an hour after I made my call. The technician arrived on time and was able to diagnose and fix my hot tub within the time frame they have promised. He definitely knew his stuff and didn’t try to push up the bill. He welcomed all my questions and remained professional until the end. I would give them more stars if it was possible.
Very professional & always on time!! ;) Also, the Aqua Finesse system has been amazing for my skin.
Had an issue with this company but if you deal with anyone talk to Ed, he handled our issue with honesty and integrity
