Andy is your GUY! The situation -- 10+ year old hot tub, older replacements parts from previous home owner, a burnt out pump, broken jets, electrical items, ect. Andy went above and beyond with his services. He is committed to fixing things, has a TON of knowledge and has a collection of refurbished parts for older tubs. I had a previous company tell me to just get a new hottub... but not Andy! Andy is the best repair person I have ever dealt with. He does great work, knows hottubs, very fair pricing, and is very competant.
Don’t even call this guy trust me he is a thief! Not sure what happened but Andy removed our pump and wiring and was to return in a week but then stopped answering emails texts and calls he took it in March 2025 and still has it. We had another company replace the pump and fix other work he was supposed to do and for a very reasonable price.
